Hey, my name is Jacco and I'm a DAA student. I like what you choose to be your topic on when you started to blog. I like this topic because I learned something new in a sport that I really like to play. What I found really good is that you did your research on every guy you had listed. For instance you even found what some of the selebs said and did to support there team. You even had info if the selebs might just have gone to a soccer game because they were on business or they were invited to. I also liked that you put a picture with every guy you found info on. This showed how the person looked like because some people might not know how they look like. So thank you for sharing this info with me because you told me something I didn't know about before.

Stephen - Thanks for the heads-up on Alyson Hannigan. Can't say I was familiar with her, which is why I didn't include her!

Dan - I'm very familiar with Drew Carey. I wanted focus on American celebs who support European teams, which is why I didn't include him.

Thanks to both of your for leaving comments!

Great blog post! I'll add one: Alyson Hannigan of How I Met Your Mother, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and the American Pie movies and her husband, Alexis Denisof (of Angel) spent their summer watching attending the World Cup:

Alyson says: "I started playing soccer when I was three but [Alexis] got me turned on to the English Premiereship League. We followed the England team a lot, embarrassingly more than the U.S. team this summer.
